6MONTHCONTRACTstarting
in JAN 2025.All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software
- Outside IR35 rolePaid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
- Over 8000 properties to be surveyed -STOCK CONDITION AND RDSAP
- ENERGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (RDSAP OR DEA)
- REFRESHER TRAINING PROVIDED BUT PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
- Properties located in/around -BUDE, CORNWALL
- ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties
- Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
- 6MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
